About Costs
-Registration Fee-
You may wonder why child cares charge annual registration fees. I hear this a lot! This is what it pays for:
-
My time creating my policies
-
Printer paper
-
Ink
-
Interview time
-
Ensuring registration is complete
-
Filing
-
Admin costs
-
Ensuring a general space --being licensed means I cannot go over capacity.

-Daily Costs-
You may wonder why child cares are so "high" in cost. I get asked a this question from time and I am happy to answer that.
I get it. Paying constant childcare fees can be very hard on your budget. It would be great to set your own pay for the hard work you do. That's what I do :)
This is what it pays for:

-
Play materials. Kids go through glue like crazy!
-
Hygiene materials. Same goes for soap!
-
USDA-approved meals.
-
Extra electricity, garbage, and water.
-
A space for your child
-
Admin time for billing, social media, curriculum research and prep, shopping. There is up to 12 hours with children, plus evening and weekend work.
-
Trips to the store
-
Training costs
-
Space for your child for particular days
-
A provider with a lot of experience, credentials, and expertise.
-
And, of course, safety, well-being, and happiness of your child.
